I lead LFC's academy operations and build a long-term, modern development environment that prepares players for elite football—both on and off the pitch.

My role & mission:

As academy manager, I set the direction, structure and quality throughout the academy. I am responsible for ensuring that we have training content, player development plans, leadership support and recruitment of key roles. We work with a clear game idea and methodology, linked to high demands on intensity, learning and responsibility. My focus is to give players and leaders the right conditions: clear goals, good feedback and a safe culture where each individual dares to take the next step.

My journey at the club:

I started at Linköping FC four years ago as an assistant coach for U19, moved on to sports director, and today have overall responsibility for the academy. This has given me both closeness to the players' everyday lives and perspective on the long-term strategy—a combination that allows us to make wise decisions for the future.
